Project Summary

The Bayer Seed Research Facility in Payette, ID, is a state-of-the-art research center promoting agricultural advancement and sustainable crop development. The project included the construction of an 11,000 SF seed research and laboratory building. Site improvements consisted of utility relocation, a water tank, a septic system, and stormwater management facilities. Nasland Engineering provided civil engineering design services and construction administration. The project was delivered through a Design-Build partnership.
