Project Summary

The Soft Landing Ice Cream Shop brings an elevated soft serve ice cream experience to the Boise community by proudly serving all-natural soft serve and sundaes free from artificial flavors, colors, and high fructose corn syrup. The project included tenant improvements to transform the existing 1937 commercial flower shop building into a vibrant family-friendly ice cream shop. Site improvements included replacement of the existing damaged pavement and installing new drainage improvements, stormwater management facilities, curb, sidewalk, and a new ADA pedestrian ramp to the building. Nasland Engineering provided civil engineering design for the project.
